Anna-kae Mais-Barrett is a Jamaican-born attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and her native island of Jamaica. She earned her Bachelor of Laws, LL.B (Honors) from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School, attending as a Government Scholar.
